Comcast Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB)
EBB is a temporary program that provides qualifying low-income consumers with a subsidy to help cover the cost of their Internet service and leased Internet equipment. This temporary benefit can be applied to all tiers of Xfinity Internet service, including Internet Essentials, and is available to both new and existing customers. Loans
Direct loans aimed for a variety of business purposes, including inventory, working capital, asset and equipment purchases, and start-up costs. Loans can be made for amounts up to $25,000 with a term of 3-5 years.
Small Business Administration (Micro Loans)
The Microloan program provides loans up to $50,000 to help small businesses and certain not-for-profit childcare centers start up and expand.
Two-Percent Loans provide financing to small Minneapolis businesses (retail, service or light manufacturing) to purchase equipment and/or to make building improvements.
Loans up to $75,000. Loans may be partially forgiven if living wage jobs created are filled by Minneapolis residents. Funds may be used for capital improvements and general business operations.
Loans to a wide range of nonprofits of different sizes and fields of service.

$1000 grants for low-income individuals
Investments usually made in three areas: education, small business development, and transportation.
